"Below Surface" Documentary: Screening and Panel Discussion

Film screening of a short documentary, Below Surface, which was co-produced by Dr. Mary Lake Polan from Yale's OB/GYN department. It focuses on a YMCA aqua fitness class in Westport, CT, the powerful intergenerational community that has formed through it, and the transformative nature of movement and connection in healthy aging.

The screening will be introduced by Dr. Polan, followed by a panel discussion with Dr. Richard Marottoli from the Department of Geriatrics, Dr. Becca Levy from YSPH, Dr. Joan Monin from YSPH, and Patty Kondub, the Westport YMCA aquafit instructor from the film.
