The Yale Center for Methods in Implementation and Prevention Science (CMIPS) Welcomes New Member Dr. Guangyu Tong

The Yale Center for Methods in Implementation and Prevention Science (CMIPS) Director Donna Spiegelman, ScD, and her team welcome new primary faculty member Dr. Guangyu Tong.

Dr. Tong is an associate research scientist at the Center for Methods in Implementation and Prevention Science (CMIPS). He is an experienced biostatistician on both clinical trials and observational studies. His methodological research interests include pragmatic trial design, implementation science, causal inference, Bayesian statistics and meta-analysis. His empirical research spans gun violence; mental health; crime and delinquency; substance use disorder; social vs. genetic determinants of health; and the wellbeing of immigrants and minorities. Prior to joining CMIPS, Dr. Tong was an associate research scientist at Yale Center for Analytical Sciences.
