Yale Students of Color: Town Hall
Black Lives Matter is the minimum. Conversations concerning systemic racism, police brutality, and even addressing racism as a public health issue is just the minimum. Now more than ever, we require permanent short- and long-term solutions.
Your Diversity Ambassadors (DAs) have partnered with Emerging Majority Student Association (EMSA) to facilitate an open discussion among Black/POC YSPH students to voice personal experiences, grievances, and demands on Wednesday, June 17th at 8:00pm ET. The goal of this meeting is to produce actionable demands from YSPH faculty, staff, and administrators to establish long-standing, equitable change and accountability.
If interested and available, please register for the event by filling out the following google form, Students of Color Town Hall. Those who register will then be sent the Zoom link. If you’re unable to attend, but still want to be involved, please feel free to send us an email regarding any suggestions you have.
