Associate Professor Adjunct of Biostatistics
- Biostatistics
YSPH Biostatistics faculty are world leaders in development and application of new statistical methodologies for causal inference, the challenge of making valid cause-and-effect claims from messy, real-world data. Our faculty have developed statistical methods to solve important methodological problems, such as confounding bias, censoring, selection bias, measurement error, non-compliance, mediating variables and network interference and spillover. From randomized trials to observational studies to methods for implementation and prevention science, the Biostatistics department catalyzes faster translation of biostatistical methods research into public health practice worldwide
