Alumni Association

The Association of Yale Alumni in Public Health (AYAPH) is comprised of graduates of both the MPH and doctoral programs who are elected to represent the social and professional interests of the alumni. Additionally, alumni are also members of the Yale Alumni Association (YAA), the University-wide Yale Alumni Association. Membership in both associations is free, however, we do rely on our alumni as the foundation of support for the Annual Fund.

The Association interacts with the school in many ways. Most importantly, it serves in an advisory capacity to the Dean, providing ideas and information on issues pertinent to the School. The President of the Association sits on the school’s Leadership Council. AYAPH also works with the Office of Alumni Affairs to co-sponsor a number of alumni events, such as an annual Alumni Association membership meeting held in conjunction with the annual meeting of the American Public Health Association and the YSPH Alumni Day held in New Haven every spring.
