Chase is a Postgraduate Associate at the Yale LGBTQ Mental Health Initiative. She graduated magna cum laude from George Washington University in 2025 with a B.A. in Psychological and Brain Sciences. Her research interests center on the influence of structural stigma and trauma–particularly adverse childhood experiences as well as physical and sexual violence–on mental health outcomes among LGBTQ+ populations. She is passionate about translating research to inform affirming clinical interventions and advance equitable public policy. She plans to pursue a PhD in Clinical Psychology, with long-term goals in advocacy, research, and care, at the intersection of mental health and social justice.
