The Yale Cancer Center Award for Mentorship Excellence was presented to Xiaomei Ma, PhD, Professor of Epidemiology (Chronic Diseases) and Co-Leader of the Cancer Prevention and Control Research Program at the annual Yale Cancer Center Conclave on January 5, 2023.

Presented by Nicole Deziel, PhD, MHS, Dr. Ma received a record 13 nominations in recognition of her generosity, support, individualized attention, and humanity.
