Felicia is an experienced student affairs professional with 20 years at Yale delivering high quality, high impact career services. She brings to YSPH expertise in advising and coaching diverse student populations as well as creating innovative programming to engage students in their professional development. Under Felicia’s direction the Career Management Center maintains a robust recruitment program to connect students with global and domestic opportunities in healthcare fields across all sectors – public, private, non- profit, and academia.
