YSPH EMD Seminar Series: “Wolbachia: virus: mosquito interactions”
Dr. McGraw will discuss how genetic variation and environmental interactions, particularly temperature, can shape Wolbachia associations. This system is made complex by the interaction and sometimes competing goals of at least three different organisms. The outcomes of these interactions will affect Wolbachia’s use for biocontrol across the current global landscape now, and with coevolution and changing climate into the future.
