Power Flow (Vinyasa) Yoga
Power (Vinyasa) Flow Yoga is an energetic form of yoga moving from one pose to the next while connecting breathing to movements. A 60 minutes power vinyasa flow with a focus on breath, strength, and connection. All levels welcome!
