Biography

Shamima has an extensive background in public health care management, policy, and public health. Before joining

Consumer Health Informatics Lab (CHIL@Yale) in Yale School of Public Health, she served as Foreign Researcher at Department of Physiology, Shimane University, Japan. Shamima is working on different mental health related projects at Yale. She earned a handful of experience in the most recent Health informatics research, Including Eye Tracking Technology which is a very advanced and sophisticated technology in its area. She is fervent about improving health care system in Bangladesh. During her master study in Shimane University her research focus was a comparative analysis of health care system in Bangladesh and Japan.
