Brooke Medeiros

Brooke Medeiros is an MPH candidate in Healthcare Management at Yale School of Public Health and a Health Innovation Fellow with the Future of Health initiative. Her work focuses on advancing equity-centered healthcare innovation through cross-sector collaboration, strategic design, and systems thinking. This past summer, Brooke led operations and process improvement projects at Cleveland Clinic’s Integrated Surgical Institute, focusing on workforce strategy and system performance. Following graduation, she will be joining Massachusetts General Hospital as an Administrative Fellow, continuing her commitment to transforming care delivery through scalable, data-driven, and patient-centered solutions that bridge innovation and compassion in modern healthcare.
