Software Repository

Faculty, students, and staff at the Yale School of Public Health develop software designed to address public health-related data analytic needs. Nearly 250 open-source software have been curated and grouped by the DSDE team into twelve areas: Clinical Trials, Image Analysis, Electronic Health Records, Modeling, Causal Inference, and Omics Biostatistical Analyses, among others.

For easier searching, the software is organized in two ways. Use the links below to search by faculty name or by general application groups.
