Biography

Chandra Kelsey MPH, CHES, supports the YSPH Office of Public Health Practice managing student internships, co-leading the Public Health Practice Practicum course (EPH500b), continuing education through the New England Public Health Training Center for M/CHES, and assisting with International Pre-Departure trainings

She has served on the board of directors for the Connecticut Breastfeeding Coalition. Chandra has partnered with Connecticut Department of Public Health- WIC on the "It's Worth It" campaign, to promote breastfeeding and community support and worked recently on the creation of the New Haven Breastfeeding Task Force as a consultant for CARE under the REACH grant. In January 2020 she was named one of Connecticut Magazine's 40 Under 40.
