Ava Gladwin

Ava Gladwin is an Events Coordinator at the Yale School of Public Health with over five years of experience planning and executing events across higher education, athletics, nonprofit organizations, and community settings. She has a strong background in event planning, project management, and marketing, and is passionate about creating meaningful, well-organized experiences that bring people together.

Ava earned both her Bachelor of Science in Sport Management, with a minor in Business Management, and her MBA with a concentration in Project Management from Albertus Magnus College, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. A former NCAA Division III softball team captain, she brings strong leadership, organization, and collaboration to every event she coordinates.
