Join one or all of the following sessions:

Power (Vinyasa) Flow Yoga is an energetic form of yoga moving from one pose to the next while connecting breathing to movements.

A 60 minutes power vinyasa flow with a focus on breath, strength, and connection. All levels welcome!

Registration is appreciated - Walk-ins will be welcome if space permits.
