TARV — Tree-based Analysis of Rare Variants

TARV is a tree-based method to explore the association between rare variants and certain human diseases, and find potential gene-gene interactions. This program implements the method described in:

  • Song C. and Zhang H. TARV: Tree-based Analysis of Rare Variants Identifying Risk Modifying Variants in CTNNA2 and CNTNAP2 for Alcohol Addiction, Genetic Epidemiology 2014.

To run TARV, please download the TARV R code. It also provide the instruction and example code to transform a rare variant dataset for RTREE usage. RTREE can be downloaded from here.
