You may download and use the FAS for research or clinical purposes for free. However, you may not modify or translate the instruments without the permission of the developers. Family Accommodation Scale (FAS)

The FAS-original and translations-includes two gender categories—male and female. You are free to modify or expand these categories to meet the needs of your population.

Please contact Lisa Calvocoressi to obtain permission if you wish to revise, change or modify the Scale in any other way, as per the Terms of Use and Conditions stated below.

By using this site including accessing and downloading Copyrighted content or materials provided herein, you accept and will be bound as follows:
