Biography
I am currently a postdoctoral researcher at Yale University in the Department of Biostatistics, working under the mentorship of Professor Jeffrey Townsend. My research primarily focuses on cancer genomics, cancer evolution, and bioinformatics, with a strong foundation in computational biology. Throughout my academic journey, I have had the opportunity to publish articles in reputable journals such as mBio, Nucleic Acids Research, Scientific Data, and Genome Medicine. My work has spanned a range of topics, including omics data analysis, biological ontology development, and the integration of genomic and transcriptomic data for both cancer and microbial studies. Additionally, I have developed several bioinformatics tools and databases that have been widely adopted by the research community.
