Library of TREC Fellows’ Publications
In December 2025, we completed a network analysis of the TREC Fellows' publications. We limited the analysis to the first eight TREC cohorts (2017-2024, n = 201) as the 2025 TREC cohort of Fellows’ publications were likely not attributed to the TREC program. To identify cancer and energy balance-related publications associated with each Fellow, a structured search string was used in PubMed in December 2025. Variations of each Fellow’s name (i.e., first and last name; first name, middle initial, and last name) were included in the search, and author affiliations were reviewed to ensure that results were authored by TREC Fellows. Only articles published in the year(s) after the TREC fellowship were included (e.g., articles published in 2018 or beyond were included for individuals who completed their fellowship in 2017; articles published in 2025 or beyond were included for individuals who completed their fellowship in 2024). Preprints, corrections, and publications not relevant to energy balance and cancer were excluded.
