Ebola
In September 2014, members of CIDMA traveled to Liberia to support national Ebola response efforts. Upon the request of officials at the Liberian Ministry of Health (MoH), CIDMA team members and collaborators developed a dashboard to display trends in national situation report data. Situation reports were generated near daily during the Ebola epidemic that resulted in over 10,670 cases and 4,810 deaths across Liberia in 2014-2015. Daily case counts, hospitalizations, and deaths were collected by the MoH at the county level. Information from the reports was aggregated and trends over the epidemic course were depicted on the dashboard. The dashboard was hosted by the Liberian MoH and updated regularly.
