Program Schedule
The certificate consists of three six-week courses and one region-specific, three-week short course. The courses blend independent and real-time online learning.

Scholarships
Scholarships for completion of the certificate will be awarded based on merit to outstanding professionals working with low-income communities or those residing in low- and lower-middle income countries. Details on the scholarship process can be found in the application.
Early Bird Discount
A 10% early-bird discount is available to applicants in the $5,000 and $3,500 tuition category if they submit their application by Monday, May 11, 2026. Please note that the early-bird discount cannot be combined with a scholarship offer.
Cancellation Policy
A full tuition fee refund (less your deposit) will be issued if you withdraw from the program before the start date. After the program begins, no refund will be issued. However, you may defer your participation until the next time the certificate is offered if you encounter extenuating circumstances during the program. Please note that if you may defer your enrollment, you must complete the program within 18 months of your original start date.
