Learner Experience

As the longest-running online program on climate change and health from an accredited school of public health, we’ve built a strong foundation of excellence, earning the trust of current and past learners alike. With a 98.6% recommendation rate, our program is recognized for its quality and effectiveness.

Some accomplishments from those who have completed our program:

  • Published a chapter, Migration and the metaproblem of climate change, in the Palgrave Handbook of Global Social Change, which was later adapted into a TEDx Talk at Case Western Reserve University, and presented at a Harvard Extension Alumni Association Annual Symposium
  • Offered a class on climate change and health through a local adult education program
  • Developed and taught a new online graduate course, Climate Change and Public Health, at the University of Arkansas for Medical Science, College of Public Health, Department of Environmental Health Sciences
