Public health leadership requires collaboration across different backgrounds and perspectives. Through cohort-based learning, real-time discussions, and in-person intensives, our EMPH students develop and practice these skills with peers who are passionate about public health, while building personal and professional relationships to last a lifetime.

In-Person Leadership and Management Training on the Yale Campus

You will come to Yale for three four-day leadership and management intensives to develop and practice key skill sets under the guidance of expert instructors, in collaboration with other members of your cohort.

Our program is designed for working professionals in both content and logistics, so that our students can balance work and family responsibilities while completing a rigorous graduate degree tailored to their career goals.
