Kayla Wooley ’21 is the Founder and CEO of Nurse Ranger and the Founder of StaffOnTap, bringing her expertise in senior care technology and entrepreneurship to solve real-world challenges in health innovation. A third-generation leader in her family's healthcare business, she combines her passion for public health and senior care to develop startups that improve elder care. A recipient of the Hartford Business Journal and CT Magazine 40 Under 40 Awards, Kayla was named Connecticut’s Future Leader of Long-Term Care in America by the American Health Care Association.

Additionally, Kayla has also raised over $65,000 in prize money from grants and pitch competitions, winning the Yale Angels Pitch Off and the Cornell Ben Daniels Pitch Competition. During this conversation, Kayla will share her entrepreneurial journey and insights on driving health innovation to meet real-world needs.
