Biography
Dr. Spertus is a nationally recognized expert on the measurement of quality of care and health status in cardiovascular disease. His groundbreaking work on patient-reported outcome measures for coronary disease and heart failure were the first to be approved by the FDA, and he is the recipient of the American Heart Association Council on Quality of Care and Outcomes Research Lifetime Achievement Award.
