Newly Renovated Yale Urology Clinic in Madison Brings More Services to the Area

February 25, 2025

Yale Urology leaders say a recent shoreline renovation brings much more than an office facelift to the region.

“Expanding the Madison clinic confirms our commitment to bring advanced care to our patients closer to their homes,” says Isaac Y. Kim, MD, PhD, MBA, professor and chair of urology at Yale School of Medicine and chief of urology at Yale New Haven Hospital. “It is representative of what Yale Urology is all about.”

The revamp at 1291 Boston Post Road, Suite 205, in Madison, took about six months and increased the office by nine exam rooms.

“This remodel is particularly important because it brings more specialty services to the local area,” says Diana Glassman, RN, BSN, MBA, urology clinical program director at Yale New Haven Health.

The upgrade in space and equipment has opened the door for more providers, including a new urologic oncologist dedicated to the Madison area, a second female doctor specializing in pelvic floor issues, and an expanded sexual medicine and reproductive health program.

“The patients who have already visited the office love the expansion,” says Glassman. “They appreciate the new feel, the state-of-the-art equipment, as well as the free parking and easy access from I-95 and Route 9.”

More expansion/renovation is planned at the Boston Post Road location in the coming years.
