EMD Seminar Series: Ted Cohen - "Spatial and genomic epidemiology of drug-resistant tuberculosis in the Republic of Moldova"

In this talk, I will discuss several linked projects that have helped epidemiologists and policy makers better understand the complex transmission dynamics of drug-resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis in a high burden setting. This work is the result of multinational, cross-disciplinary collaborations between epidemiologists, microbiologists, clinicians, bioinformaticists, modelers, geographers and biostatisticians.
