Helen Newton, PhD, MPH

Helen Newton, PhD, MPH is a postdoctoral associate in the Department of Health Policy & Management at the Yale University School of Public Health. Her research examines if and how payment and delivery system reform activities impact care delivery and outcomes for adults with mental illness. Prior to graduate school, Dr. Newton was a public health analyst at the Federal Office of Rural Health Policy.
