Co-sponsored by the UConn ARMS Center and The Yale School of Public Health’s Firearm Injury consortium, On Target is a monthly virtual seminar to advance our understanding of firearm injury prevention.
The next On Target seminar will be on Tuesday, July 29th from 12-1pm (eastern). We will feature Dr. Jens Ludwig, the Edwin A. and Betty L. Bergman Distinguished Service Professor at the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy. Dr. Ludwig’s will give a talk titled, “The Behavioral Economics Approach to Preventing Gun Violence,” and share insights from his new book, “Unforgiving Places: The Unexpected Origins of American Gun Violence.”
