U.S.-China Forum on Aging and Dementia

The United States and China both face urgent challenges from aging populations and increasing rates of dementia. By working together through joint research, policy exchange, and innovation, the two countries can advance more effective strategies for prevention, diagnosis, and care. The U.S.-China Forum on Aging and Dementia— co-organized by the PKU Institute for Global Health and Development, the National Committee on U.S.-China Relations, and the Yale School of Public Health, and co-hosted by the Chinese Hospital Association and the Yale China Association—will convene various public health experts to share insights, highlight best practices, and identify collaborative opportunities to support healthy aging and dementia care.
