All Levels Power Flow Yoga - Power (Vinyasa) Flow Yoga is an energetic form of yoga moving from one pose to the next while connecting breathing to movements. A 60-minute power vinyasa flow with a focus on breath, strength, and connection. All levels welcome! Bring a yoga mat and/or beach towel :)
