 ed ability to control residual and outdoor transmission and can also be p
 roblematic for the environment. The advent of endectocidal drugs in the 1
 970s ushered in the era of controlling helminth and arthropod infestation
 s on farm and companion animals using oral drugs. We are repurposing thes
