 ssion is open to all members of the Yale community who are engaging in si
 lent activities such as writing\, studying\, reading\, or research. Durin
 g this session\, we will utilize the Pomodoro Method\, a time-management 
 technique that breaks work into intervals of focused activity (usually 25
  minutes)\, followed by short breaks. This method has been shown to enhan
 ce concentration and productivity. What to Expect: Structured Work Period
 s: Engage in silent\, focused work intervals of 25 minutes\, followed by 
 5-minute breaks. Silent Environment: A quiet space conducive to concentra
 tion and deep work. Community: Work alongside fellow students\, researche
 rs\, and staff\, fostering a sense of camaraderie and shared purpose. Sup
 portive Atmosphere: Library staff will be on hand to facilitate the sessi
