 ears as an advisor on policy related to health\, veterans\, and nutrition
 . He has directly negotiated components of and contributed to the followi
 ng legislative initiatives: Fiscal Responsibility Act\, Inflation Reducti
 on Act\, CHIPS and Science Act\, Honoring Our PACT Act\, Build Back Bette
 r\, American Rescue Plan\, the FY21\, FY22\, FY23\, FY24 and FY25 Appropr

  is a former Winston Fellow and Scholar. He also holds an MPH in Health C
