Being Well at Yale Hosts: "Mindful Meditation"
Discover the benefits of meditation in a casual online group environment. Sessions are partly guided with periods of silence. Danielle Casioppo, MS, Education Specialist, certified yoga teacher and Mindfulness-Based Strengths Practice leader with Being Well at Yale leads the sessions. She is available to answer questions before and after meditation.
The Zoom sessions open at 12:10 PM EST and meditation begins promptly at 12:15 PM ET.
Beginners are welcome! No experience necessary, no equipment needed.
