VT MOMS Partnership℠
Elevate is partnering with the Vermont Department for Children and Families (DCF) to replicate MOMS through Vermont Reach Up—the state’s Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program. Women will participate in MOMS’ Stress Management course, comprised of 90-minute weekly sessions for eight weeks. Partners from the Howard Center have been trained by Yale to provide the course in Burlington. Services began in March 2020.

Vermont Hubs
MOMS Partnership® Hubs are neighborhood-based and co-located in spaces where families work and play in order to deliver centralized services to the hardest-to-reach families. At the Hubs, mothers attend MOMS programs and are connected to resources that support family wellness.
Hubs are important community spaces designed to promote health and wellbeing of mothers and families and to create safe and accessible locations that increase mothers’ connections to the community and to one another.
