DC MOMS Partnership℠
Elevate is partnering with the DC Department of Human Services to replicate MOMS through the DC Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program.
Women in the District have been able to participate in MOMS’ services since April 2019.

DC Hubs
MOMS Partnership® Hubs are neighborhood-based and co-located in spaces where families work and play in order to deliver centralized services to the hardest-to-reach families. At the Hubs, mothers attend MOMS programs and are connected to resources that support family wellness.
Hubs are important community spaces designed to promote health and wellbeing of mothers and families and to create safe and accessible locations that increase mothers’ connections to the community and to one another.
