Bridgeport MOMS Partnership℠

Elevate is actively exploring potential partnerships with community organizations in Bridgeport, CT to co-create Bridgeport MOMS. When services are launched, women will have the opportunity to partake in MOMS’ Stress Management course, comprised of 90- minute weekly sessions for eight weeks. This service will be provided at neighborhood hubs, locations in the community that mothers frequent in their day-to-day lives and where they feel safe.
