Elevate is actively exploring potential partnerships with community organizations in Bridgeport, CT to co-create Bridgeport MOMS.

Elevate is partnering with the DC Department of Human Services to replicate MOMS through the DC Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program.

Elevate is partnering with the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services, Kentucky Justice and Public Safety Cabinet, and the Kentucky Center for Statistics to launch the KY MOMS Partnership℠

Supported by the Robin Hood Foundation, Elevate is working to launch a NYC MOMS Partnership℠ based on the MOMS model being replicated across the country.

Elevate is partnering with the Vermont Department for Children and Families (DCF) to replicate MOMS through Vermont Reach Up—the state’s Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program.
