DESCRIPTION:This seminar will focus on the nuts and bolts of undertaking l
 ongitudinal qualitative implementation research\, drawing examples from a
  community-engaged\, mixed-method\, cluster-randomized controlled trial f
 ocused on enabling the use of evidence-informed practices to improve the 
 well-being of sexually and gender-diverse students in New Mexico high sch
 ools. It will provide insight into the nuances of collecting and leveragi
 ng qualitative data from a variety of sources (e.g.\, interviews\, focus 
 groups\, periodic reflections)\; coding\, analytic\, and triangulation st
 rategies\; and ensuring the credibility and trustworthiness of research f
 indings. Finally\, this seminar will highlight how nimbleness in qualitat
 ive implementation research makes it possible to pivot to emergent issues
  occurring in the field and interpret results in relation to conceptual f
