 r Diseases" ABSTRACT : Environmental\, lifestyle\, and metabolic factors 
 play central roles in the development of chronic liver disease and liver 
 cancer\, yet effective strategies for precision prevention remain limited
 . This seminar will present a population science framework that integrate
 s environmental exposures\, nutrition\, obesity\, and molecular biomarker
 s to advance the prevention and early detection of liver disease. Drawing
  on large prospective cohort studies and translational epidemiologic rese
 arch\, I will highlight recent findings on environmental exposures\, meta
 bolic risk factors\, and proteomic biomarkers\, illustrating how populati
 on-based evidence can be translated into improved risk stratification and
  precision prevention. I will conclude by discussing future opportunities
  to integrate environmental health\, molecular epidemiology\, and impleme
 ntation science to reduce the growing burden of liver disease. YSPH value
