DESCRIPTION:Surveillance data have traditionally been described as "inform
 ation for action". In an era where we have multiple effective routes to t
 reatment and prevention of HIV\, information about the HIV epidemic can b
 e at least as impactful when used as information to provide context and d
 irection to intervention. This presentation will summarize the data resou
 rces on the HIV epidemic available through AIDSVu.org and discuss how the
  resources have been used to guide implementation of programs. Patrick Su
